This is a split piece. On the left is real, an autumn day, the right is a tromp on the wall so you feel like you are looking through to a familiar and much loved scene of Aireys Inlet. This is a place I , (and perhaps you) go back to often for the memories of walks on the beach and cliff top, of friends and good times.

All pieces are worked on baking paper which has been gessoed and textured to look like walls then adhered with archival glue to paste board to give some wrinkles, next I’ve used acrylics/pencils/crayons-mixed media. Some have additional pieces glued on i.e, the doors.
